I am so grateful to have discovered the stick. I am now bending without agony and walking longer distances without too much pain. I went 3 miles last night and the night before. I have been walking 2 miles a day before that since January (and have lost 26 pounds). I'm now normal weighted which is great too. That helps the joints as well. I looked for your article (your story) at the website you gave me but wasn't sure what link it was under. Please let me know so I can learn more from what happened with you. I appreciate your time
Stay well, Lisa :
Hey Rob!
I really enjoyed your presentation last night. Dragonboaters are almost always in pain from one thing or another and I am for anything that helps get the knots out of my body! I would like to purchase one of your marathon sticks. I work out at Pacific Spirit Park (right in the Park at the Park Centre) or I am down at False Creek Community Centre most nights.
Thanks
Thanks for the follow-up! Yes, I'm thoroughly enjoying the stick AND the trigger wheel. (You were right, it's been great to have a quick fix during the workday.) I noticed a difference in my body's ability to physically relax and release tension almost right away. And although I'd rather have someone else do the rolling work on me(!), it's actually a pleasurable thing to look forward to doing at the end of a long day. Interestingly, I've found that my facial muscles and scalp are *really* benefiting from this application. I was storing a lot of tension in the head that I didn't quite realize.
I'm also trying to spread the word, slowly but surely!
Thanks very much for your excellent service,
Sheri
The stick rules!!! I think that I should get commission for the number of people that I have turned into Thestick" fans!!!

Everyone in camp loves The Stick - it was a battle for who got to use it every time we came down to base camp.

Hi Rob
Still have my stick as part of my arsenal. Bad summer for many of us though - unusual weather I think. I keep the stick next to me in my study and use it on my neck regularly, but I agree there are places you can't get alone and the arm fatigue can be a problem at times. I am still very pleased to have it and wouldn't want to let it go, but it has it's limitations as a stand alone. As part of a full program, IT CERTAINLY HELPS MORE THAN YOU WOULD THINK ON FIRST SEEING IT
